Every Agentforce Permission, Cataloged in One Table

A reference table covering all 31 Agentforce permissions, 6 permission sets, and 2 permission set groups. Who needs what, and how it gets assigned.

For anyone trying to make sense of Agentforce permissions in their org — I've put together a reference table covering everything I could find.

What's in the table

  • All 31 Agentforce-related permissions
  • The 6 permission sets that bundle them
  • The 2 permission set groups that compose those sets
  • For each item: whether it's needed by an admin, manager, human user, or agent
  • For each assignment: whether it's manual or automatic

ChatGPT helped assemble it, so please take it with a grain of salt — corrections and additions welcome. It's meant as a working reference, not a final source of truth.

Why this matters

Agentforce permissions are one of the under-discussed parts of deployment. Most teams discover the gaps the hard way — agents that should be able to act but can't, or admins discovering they handed out access they shouldn't have. Having the full landscape in one place changes that.

The table is here. Let me know if you find anything out of place, incorrect, or missing — and let me know if you find it useful.
